An unforgettable cliffside escape
We were blown away by the stunning ocean views and the friendly staff who went above and beyond to make our stay special. The eco-friendly initiatives were a nice touch.
However, the limited dining options were disappointing, and the breakfast lacked variety compared to expectations for a high-end resort.

Delicious breakfast and friendly staff, but WiFi was spotty at times.

I was really disappointed with the overall maintenance of the hotel. Upon arrival, my room felt dusty and neglected, with unclean dishes left behind. Additionally, the pool area was less than inviting, as the water was low and murky. Given the high price point, I expected a far superior experience and service, but unfortunately, my expectations fell flat.

This place is a perfect hideaway for large families! The stunning sea view from our Sky Suite with Ocean View was incredible and made our vacation special. The staff, especially supervisor Adi, was attentive, remembering each of our names and suggesting great local spots. My family truly enjoyed our time here.
In my wife’s opinion, having more family-centric activities would be great.

Not worth the hype
So, we booked a Sky Pool Suite, but honestly, no privacy at all. Neighbors were literally a few feet away, and the room was kinda dirty too. The air conditioning was a nightmare – broke down like three times! Breakfast was disappointing with cold food. Only stayed one night, but really regretted it!

The stunning ocean view from the Sky penthouse Two Bedroom with Ocean View was a highlight of our stay. The staff were friendly and accommodating, especially when they comped our room service after a long journey. However, we faced some maintenance issues, including a broken bathroom blind and poor hot water service, which detracted from our overall experience.

The One Bedroom Cliff Pool Villa with Ocean View provided a breathtaking panorama and a serene environment ideal for a relaxing getaway. The staff's attentiveness, particularly from Adi, who effortlessly managed our needs, was a highlight. he even arranged dinner reservations with stunning views. Eco-friendly practices were commendable, and the food, especially the hot dogs, was delightful. However, one evening, the WiFi was frustratingly unreliable, and room maintenance could have been sharper. Overall, a memorable experience with just a few operational hiccups.
